What size businesses do you work with?

We work with small to medium-size businesses from 1 to 200+ employees, and we tailor our solutions to suit your company’s specific needs.

How does your pricing work?

We offer 3 HR Cartel ongoing membership options that can be tailored to your particular needs. Or, we offer specialised HR support services on hourly or project rates.

Do you offer capped price guarantees?

We provide our non-member customers’ with the ability to set a budget, or pre-purchase hours, so our customers are always in full control of cost, time, and outcomes. 

For our ongoing members, our member options contain all the inclusions our customers need, so there are no surprises.

Am I locked in with a contract?

No. With our ongoing membership options, we only ask that you provide one (1) full calendar month notice of cancellation. Unlike other well known brands in our industry, we’ll never lock you into 1, 3 or 5 year agreements that auto-renew with unfair terms, and never allow cancellation. We always operate with our customers’ best interest in mind.

Do you outsource any of your services to overseas personnel or teams?

Absolutely not! We are 100% Australian based HR experts that understand Australian workplace regulations complexities, and stay on top of the dynamic changes in law that occur here all year round. Our customers’ success and support is too important to risk.

Do I have to deal with a call centre, or am I dealing with the same person every time?

Absolutely no call centres staffed by juniors or newbies to the industry! You’re always dealing with your own HR team. Once you’re a client, we understand and know your business, enabling us to provide advanced, proactive, and empowering advice tailored specifically to serve you.
